  • How can I return something I bought in store?

Items purchased in store can be brought back within 10 days of purchase and we will be more than happy to issue store credit.

We can only offer refunds for unwashed and unworn items with original receipt. For swimwear, the liner must be in the original condition. Items that don't meet these requirements will not be accepted and no refund will be issued.

  • How can I return something I bought online?

Items purchased online can be returned within 21 days of purchase. We offer two easy return options:

  • If you'd like to return your online order for store credit we will provide a prepaid shipping label. The return will be processed once it arrives at our warehouse, and you'll receive two emails: one confirming your return and one with your store credit information.
  • If you'd like to return your online order for a refund we will provide a shipping label and deduct the shipping fee from your refund. The return will be processed once it arrives at our warehouse, and you'll receive an email confirmation. The refund should take about 3-5 business days to show on your bank account.

  • If I bought something online, can I return it in the store?

Yes, you can! Just bring your items back to our retail location and choose between a store credit or a refund issued to your original form of payment.

  • Can I return something I bought on sale?

All items marked "Final Sale" cannot be returned or exchanged. This does not include the items on sale for promotional events.

  • When will my return be processed?

Please allow 3-5 business days for your return to be processed upon arrival to our warehouse.

If you chose to return for store credit, it will be issued as soon as your return is processed. You will receive two emails from us: one confirming the return and one with your store credit information.If you chose to return for a refund, it will be issued to their original form of payment and usually takes about 3-5 business days to show. You will receive an email from us confirming your return.

  • How can I exchange an item?

Our items sell out quickly, so we cannot guarantee that the product you want will still be in stock. If you would like a different color, size, or item, you should purchase the new item as soon as possible, then return your unwanted items following the policies outlined above.

  • My item arrived damaged! What do I do?

We are so sorry! In the unusual event that your receive a damaged or defective item, please send us an email  within 7 days of receiving the item for refund or exchange.

Please put "DAMAGED Order #____" as the subject line and include a couple of pictures and a description that clearly show the damage.Please note that defects must be reported before items are worn or washed.

SHIPPING/ORDERS

    • When will my order arrive?

    It usually takes 24-48 hours to process and ship out your order. Once your order has been processed, most US orders will be delivered within 1 week.

    • How can I track my order?

    You should receive an email with a tracking number when your order ships. If you don’t receive one, send us an email with your name and order number and we’ll be happy to get the tracking information to you.

    • How can I cancel or change my order?

    If you’d like to cancel or change your order, please contact us via email as soon as you can. If the order has already gone out, then you’ll need to do a return/exchange once you receive the items.
